Nice seaside stay in Llandudno

Liked: The location was wonderful, and it was nice to have a suite with multiple rooms! We also enjoyed the larger bathroom and how quiet the hotel was!
Disliked: The decor is a bit dated, and the beds were fairly uncomfortable.

Disliked: Stairs lots of them! Stayed in what can be described as an attic. It had 2 rooms(the suite!!!). The room with the single bed the window didn’t close properly so the child would have slept in a draught all night! Lack of toilet roll! Curtains need updating! Crooked lampshade and in dire need of a painting! Whoever did the photos for booking.com should receive some award for making something really bad look good. Excellent location and thankfully a few nice hotels nearby to pop into for a drink!!!

Disappointed

Liked: Good location, our room had a sea view and Sandra was very welcoming and friendly. The room has great potential with lovely period furniture, but the decor and furnishings do require quite a bit of TLC
Disliked: Despite smoking not being permitted in the property, the corridors smelt of stale smoke. The bedroom was let down by peeling wallpaper, no mattress protector, the windows didn't stay open (when we arrived, drawers from the small tables had been used to prop open the sash windows) There were a number of cracked floor tiles in the bathroom, with a part broken toilet flush (although it did still work), the bath side had come away, and there were no locks on either bathroom door. I'm sure the rooms will be lovely once the repairs and redecoration have been completed, but in its current state, it did take the edge of what could've been a really enjoyable stay.

Liked: Loved the location near the pier. The room was large and the bath a bonus, lovely view of the sea. Sandra our host was lovely, very friendly and gave us good tips for a walk back from West Shore Beach ending at the Kings Head Pub - fab beer garden. Also Sandra's breakfast options really good if you didn't want the full full English you could pick 4 items from it at a cheaper price. All in all fantastic stay. Thank you Sandra.
