Liked: We were upgraded to a sea view apartment.The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and freshly cooked.

Disliked: Excessive noise (loud voices and shouting) coming from ground floor/yard area in the evening and into the night (12mnight and after). I mini soap and two mini shower jell bottles for two people for two day stay ?????? Had to ask for top up of water bottles

Liked: The staff was kind and courteous especially Alexis at the reception and the nice lady serving breakfast.
Disliked: Very outdated and not so clean structure. The bathroom faucet was missing a piece. The toilet seat very old and flimsy. None of us felt comfortable using the shower. Cobwebs everywhere especially in the common areas.

Liked: Bella vista has probabile the nicest view of Cobh the staff was very very kind. They had a problem with our room and consequently they offer us an upgrade. The beds were top! Very quit.
Disliked: Nothing. The breakfast is with some option but can be improved. The lady at the breakfast is fantastic, nice and helpful
