We’re not very happy with...

Liked: Close to where we wanted to explore
Disliked: The front desk lady’s response..I asked her “is all bathroom size the same?”It’s so tight close to the door.. Basically a hand distance away .. and I’m 5’1and weighs 177 lbs. if your sitting on the toilet bowl and you stand up you will hit your head on the wall .. HER response. … “well when you book the reservation at the cheap rate you compromise some things”.. what? I said “Belle Capri advertised good deals but in return you get poor quality of service” … Lady replied “you could have ask for a bigger room and for bigger bathroom” .. I shook my head and said “is that good customer Service… really!!! I guess I need to go to the room first and check if the bathroom size will fit”. Ridiculous!

Liked: We stay here often and they are family friendly. Walking to eateries and safe. Street noise can be a problem for some, but not us.

Liked: I loved the location, the closeness to the freeway and parking accommodations.
Disliked: Only bad thing I could really say was the shower was a little tight to shower in but ultimately wasn't a deal breaker at al.
