Liked: Rooms are clean. Comfortable beds. Staff were polite and helpful. Hotel was central to University of Michigan campus and we a were able to walk everywhere.
Disliked: Nothing.

Wonder for the free valet parking and very helpful staff. Close to lots of food and other places. We went to the Fab Faux concert and that walk was less than four minute to the Michigan Theatre.

Liked: Breakfast buffet is worth the overnight stay. Wonderful, helpful staff that was better than any restaurant.
Disliked: Air conditioner compressor tick loudly when powered on. Staff turned off unit.

Great location but disappointing customer...

Liked: The location was great and staff were very friendly. The air conditioning was not working well the first night, but this was fixed quickly when I let them know in the morning
Disliked: There were three main reasons I scored this property low1. I left my wireless headphones in the room when I left, I have emailed them several times and not heard back, I would be happy to pay for postage if they could email me back 2. I inadvertently double booked the room on a booking app, even though the hotel was not full I was still charged for the extra room I mistakenly booked but did not stay in 3. there is no fridge in the room - which I thought would be be standard

Liked: Breakfast was great. We loved the location. The front desk staff and valet were wonderful!
Disliked: The room was a little small/ "Euro" sized. We wish we could've made it cooler at night but it was an extraordinarily warm weekend.

A cozy room for the...

Liked: This hotel is a cozy and tiny gem in Ann Arbor, located just few minutes walk from the main attractions provided by the University of Michigan. The room is very comfortable and wide, with a large bathroom. The bed is comfortable and a selection of pillows is available. The staff is extremely kind and provide for any need the guest has. The fitness center (one treadmill, one elliptical, one multipower structure, some free weights, one bench) is small but definitely functional. The breakfast is awesome and always warm, it surely makes you feeling full. I appreciated my stay and I would suggest the hotel for the proximity of museums, the University, downtown, restaurants.
