Disliked: did not know that breakfast was available microwave did not work room was not serviced regularly wen leaving there was no shown where to put the key

Would not recommend staying here...

Liked: Nothing good about this hotel
Disliked: Very old. Noisy and people coming & going all night. Cigaret smoke coming through the room from outside/other rooms. Gives of vibes of a place where hookers come & go with dodgy deals going on. Do yourself a favour and stay at the Novotel Preston across the road!!

The stay was very good,...

Liked: Very Friendly and approachable staff and management, rooms very clean. No problems with room any issues withthe room or any appliances in there.
Disliked: One person revving their car in the driveway overnight. management were really good and followed this issue up very well. The mattter was handled appropriatley

Disliked: Second hand shampoo etc. old used soap in shower

Pleasant

Liked: Basic facilities but clean. Showers were hot. The beds were very soft.
Disliked: Upstairs was a bit of a struggle for our friend with a bad knee, but otherwise fine for a budget motel

Disliked: I had a room up stairs, other visitors have no respect when they came in the door at top of stairs they slammed it they talking all the way down the hall way
