Liked: Very friendly staff , rooms were clean and tidy, whole place presented very well.We only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay longer
Disliked: Unfortunately the family room had not been cleaned and prepared when we arrived but the issue was sorted immediately by the owner and we were given two doubles instead

Liked: Lovely property in the beautiful Welsh countryside. The owner Steve could not do enough for us. One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve stayed in and it was lovely go be woken up by the birds singing instead of road noise. This hotel is a gem and if you are travelling in mid - Wales it is well worth a visit.
