Liked: Breakfast was exceptional. Room was large and very clean. Toiletries hairdryer iron and board. Makeup mirror etc. The bed was super clean very large super king and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Free parking on site.
Disliked: Small detail hall and stairways need a freshen.

Liked: Location with good sized car park. Superior double room was very comfortable. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff. Great food and special offers on food.
Disliked: Decor tired. Would be great if it could have a refurb. Bathroom lighting poor and really could do with whole bathroom update.

Liked: Staff were friendly until the evening
Disliked: Room was dirty very hot window would only open 6 inches I understand child locks and safety but we are 2 adults.Got back fom concert 1055 bought 2 drinks asked what time bar closed told 5 mins I said no for residents she very rudely said 5 minutes we don't have a licence . Think you should advertise this as last drink on hottest day of the year 1055 unacceptable. Breakfast was nice but so disappointed by then couldn't wait to leave £ 164 for one night £60 and I would of felt cheated .
