Liked: We will definitely come back. Everything was top class. The customer service was exceptional. The facilities were great, the hotel has recently been redecorated. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping team, front desk and wait staff were all amazing. We stayed 4 nights and 5 days and had a lovely time due to the location and a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast options were delicious and varied. Parking was also really convenient. Good value for money as well. Literally cannot fault the hotel or our stay. Thank you Belgrave Sands staff for making our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

Liked: The location is excellent, the staff was so helpful, It was a hot day when we arrived and the staff at the desk were brilliant, in helping to keep the room cool.( much appreciated).The food was great each night ( complements to the chef)My wife had a brilliant massage. We had a lovely week. We will definitely stay there again.Thanks to ALL the staff for helping to make our stay a memorable one.
Disliked: The inside handles on the shower doors were a bit long, which can cause a scratch , as the cubicle is not very spacious. Can't think of anything else,
