Torquay was a disappointment and...

Liked: Clean and quiet place.
Disliked: This place isn't for people in their 30s it's for the older adults. The room was nice but so hot at night even with the windows open. The shower temperature was hard to correct as the water was piping hot. The pillows on the bed were far too soft and I had a very bad night's sleep. The swimming pool was tiny maximum 2 people could go into it. The gym wasn't a gym but a room with a few equipment.

Superb

Liked: Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and with quality furnishings & fittings. Breakfast was outstanding with a great choice of freshly cooked items. The little pool , steam room & sauna are an added bonus.The staff are friendly and attentive. It was nice to arrive to fruit and a little treat in your room with fresh milk and water replaced daily in the fridge. Fresh towels daily if you wanted & use of robe & slippers. Free parking also helpful.
Disliked: The only thing I didnt like was I found the pillows a little hard.
