Liked: There was a fan in the room.
Disliked: It was very small, the elevator didn’t work, the tv was tiny, it definitely gave American Motel 6 room.

Great price and very clean

Liked: Great location and hotel services, for a good price. I especially appreciated the cleanliness, I'm quite picky about it and Oval Maiden met all my expectations. The WiFi connection was also quite good. Very friendly staff available 24/7.
Disliked: The walls/window isolation felt a bit thin at times, there was a person that must have woke up half the hotel with their alarm in two of the mornings. The solo room (the one with no pictures) is more tiny than expected and it had no storage for clothes or personal objects, perhaps the hotel could benefit from some kind of storage, even hangers on the back of the door or on the walls. Can't complain much for the price though and the bathroom was most likely new (or spotless!). Additionally, at times I wondered if the reception staff was safe at night, since the front door doesn't lock; if they are there all the time, maybe management could consider installing some kind of buzzer for them to use at night or a system for clients to manage their entrance after dark, so that the door isn't unlocked all night.

Comfortable, Clean and a Great...

Liked: Everything was great. For what you pay, it's a really good deal. The place is comfortable, clean, and the staff are nice. Would recommend if you're looking for a solid budget option.
