Disappointing Stay – Not as...

Liked: Location was quite good. it was 3 min walking distance to Oval station. There was a electric fan provided in absence of no air-conditioning. Water pressure in the shower was good. bed were relatively comfy.
Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was far below expectations. The so-called “large double bed” was actually a standard double, and the room lacked basic amenities such as air conditioning, a fridge, and even a chair to sit on. While tea, coffee, and milk sachets were provided, there were no spoons included with the three small cups.The room felt old and dated, and several things were in disrepair. The tilt-and-turn window frame was broken, and when I raised this with reception, the staff dismissed my concern by implying I didn’t understand how the window was meant to function. The fixed shower head was also faulty, with water spraying from everywhere except the actual head – thankfully, the handheld shower worked. On our final morning, there was no hot water, only lukewarm at best. Despite reporting it and waiting for a resolution, we had to settle for cold showers and were granted only a 30-minute late checkout as compensation.To top it off, there was a dangerous hole under the carpet near the bathroom entrance where I twisted my ankle – a serious safety concern. Overall, this hotel did not live up to its advertised three-star rating. At best, it’s a low two-star experience.

Liked: the location is really good, there is a tube station in 5 minutes from the stay. Room is a good size with a decent size toilet for two people. they also had fan (thank you!!). there are some cute cafe's around the corner for breakfast/lunch
Disliked: wouldve been great if the lift was working.
