Clean, comfortable and a convenient...

Liked: Delightful staff at reception, very welcoming and helpful. Proximity to the Oval Tube Station was so convenient and there are a couple of restaurants and a few supermarkets nearby. Comfortable and clean. The fan was a lifesaver.
Disliked: Oh my gosh the noise! Clapham Rd is insane, and unfortunately we had to open our windows a little due to the heatwave - if I had known, I would definitely have requested a room facing the other side.

Disappointing

Liked: Shower was decent. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No air con in rooms, no ironing board (was provided one but it was the desktop variety), broken window (bathroom had no latch, one bedroom a hinge had come off the wall; other bedroom window was screwed shut-with a wood screw?!).

Perhaps I had the worst...

Liked: Not much to be honest. If I had paid 1/3 of the price I would have been kinder with my review but that was so expensive for a tiny room.
Disliked: Tiny room, less than 9 square meters for sure, cannot have a suitcase open in there, the room was on the lower ground floor. When I arrived in my room it was probably 30 degrees C in there. I had no choice but open the window which was on the lower ground floor so not safe for a woman alone. Absolutely no air flow in the night.
