Convenient location, but tiny rooms...

Liked: Really convenient for where we needed to be
Disliked: room was very small and beds took up nearly all the floor space in the “family room”. Also worryingly, the windows opened which seemed like a pretty big safety risk for a family room where a bed was pushed up against window. Luckily my children are not super small. Also worth noting the lift is out of order and seems likely to stay that way as there were fake plants positioned in front of the lifts on each floor. Not ideal when you’ve got heavy luggage.

Very good

Practical for what I needed.

Liked: For the most part was clean and neat, with good shower, comfy single bed and working tv. Practical and efficient for my needs, felt like other short stay/business hotels been to.
Disliked: My particular room had some ants, which I informed them about upon leaving the next day. Could only find working power sockets by the room entrance - slightly inconvenient, but manageable with long enough cable. Was there night before London Marathon, so price was high for what I got, but reality of dynamic pricing and being in London.

Location suited us but hotel...

Liked: The location was good and shower was very good. Staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: Lots of stairs lift didn’t work. The outside areas were very rundown. Horrible smell in basement room and bedroom not very clean.

Returned again as ideal for...

Liked: Twin room with plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Have stayed several times at this hotel and always find the staff helpful and polite. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The location is always ideal for my purpose of being in London with good transport links.
