Quiet room, good price
Liked: Service of employees , our chid got sick housekeeping and reception helped in changing bed and washing clothes.
Disliked: Cleanliness under beds, beds move on wheels but didn't seemed to be vacuumed under them for a while. Some softer/small light in each room, only ceiling (bright )spots can be turned on.

Disappointing due to lack of...
Liked: The location was good and the room was spacious. We appreciated the living space and lounges and the room was clean.
Disliked: When searching for accommodation we needed a disability accessible venue and were directed to this venue - however it was not completely accessible. When we arrived we had to lift our son in his wheelchair up 2 deep steps to access the lift to our room. Apparently it was expressed by reception staff as “only 2 steps”. If we were not in a manual chair and in a powered wheelchair we would not have been able to lift him at all as these chairs weight 80-120kgs. We would have had to cancel our accommodation and look for another venue. The shower doorway was not wide enough to fit a chair for showering or a hand held shower head. We would not stay at this venue again as it is NOT a fully accessible place. Asking people to lift a wheelchair up stairs in such a manner shows complete lack of understanding the needs of disability.
