Disliked: Despite arriving at the expected time stated in our booking form, we had to wait in the lounge as our room wasn't ready. We had to change in the toilet due to the unavailability of the room, which was inconvenient given we were attending an event.We noticed a big stain on the bed of the kids. I requested the receptionist to change the bedding, but it was never done. Additionally, the electric cooker wasn't working, and there was no shampoo in the bathroom.
