I found it an excellent...

Liked: A quiet place to sleep, rest up, and be near my family. The staff was helpful. Many local eating restaurants. If you enjoy thai food takeout, Thai Pan was very tasty.
Disliked: If you expect amenities (pool, restaurant, etc), this isn’t that place.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Shower towel smell like cigarette.

Liked: Room was very nice, aircon was great. This place looks a bit rundown/scary from the outside but don’t judge by the outside. Good WiFi.
Disliked: Location out of Denver but public transport is good.Area is slightly sketchy at night.

Liked: Comfortable bed, pretty good pillows, good lighting, convenient parking.
Disliked: The setting is urban with no landscaping - to be expected for the excellent price but this is the reason I didn't consider it "very good."Also, the shower worked but half the water went into the tub. And no ice part in the mini fridge.

Awesome Sauce

Liked: Everything. I have stayed 2 Friday nights for a security work trip. Staff is always friendly, the rooms have been super clean and super quiet. Beds are very comfortable. Tv works. No criminal presence seen or heard. Location is great. Central to food stores gas stations restaurants. For the price it is great for me.
Disliked: Nothing
