Exceptional
Liked: Location. The hotel is close to the cherry Creek and Glendale area of town, my favorite. Although it is located on Colorado Blvd a very busy roadway, the traffic sounds gets very quiet late at night.

Liked: I left my room for 20 minutes staying there one evening and was robbed in the staff and owners were fully in on it and blamed me saying I left the door open with the doors locked and I got him with my car key when I came back
Disliked: absolutely nothing in the room stunk it was disgustingly dirty

Liked: vary clean rooms,
Disliked: the outside looks a little iffy but, the people we ran into were nice and the room was actually comfortable, and clean

Liked: Nothing the place has become a creepy surveillance and no criminal hotbed of activity
Disliked: The fact of my room was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of items are taken, and I believe the staff was in on it

Good noise protection from the...
Liked: Good sound attenuation from busy Colorado Avenue.Also, staff checked on my disabled wife at my request when she didn't answer the phone, twice, to make sure she hadn't fallen, and kept me on the call while the did so. Well done, Belcaro staff!
Disliked: Overhead guests who made a point of staying up all night and making as much noise as they possibly could. I managed to sleep through some of it, but not so my wife We probably should have contacted management, although they don't answer the phone after 10pm. Whether mgmt. was actually on site, I don't know. I didn't go out in the snow at 2am, looking for a door to knock on.
