Liked: Very impressive hotel! Loved the room & bathroom ! Breakfast was amazing

For business and work meets

Liked: Its a very nice place, close to the WTC, close have super markets, restaurants, close to the airport and the downtown, room its ok, comfortable, descent TV, and good internet.
Disliked: The breakfast start late, 6:30 AM, the bathroom door not close well, stay in different rooms with same problems, and the pay its much more expensive than fare show by Booking.com

It’s a great property but...

Liked: They charged me for breakfast even though I presented my complimentary breakfast voucher.

A good stay

Liked: The rooms were pretty big, abundant pillows with AC so the stay itself was comfortable. However, two days before checking out, I saw a cleaning red rag was being placed on top of my suitcase, I had no idea why, never happened before that a cleaner left her supply on top of my luggage. I put it on bathroom floor with used hotel towels, next day they still didn’t take it away. Very bizarre now they just casually put stuffs on top of customers belongings. Employees overall were friendly, the stay was pleasant overall. Breakfast was good, they changed choices everyday which I appreciated.
