Disliked: The A/C wasn’t working, it was so hot during our stay, we changed rooms three times but still too hot. We got a portable A/C unit provided by the hotel, but it was so loud and made all the floor wet.The mini refrigerator was missing in the last room we stayed at as well.Terrible facilities.

Disliked: Understaffed at reception. A small reception for size of hotel. Always a qué you have to wait long. Tha in room heating and cooling system is controlled via tablet. It's never working.
