Liked: N/A
Disliked: There are ROACHES! AND BLACK MOLD! We booked for two days cause we needed something quick. They kicked us out a day early and kept the $30 deposit! And out person pillows!!

Pleasant

Liked: It was okay , it was convenient to places to eat as well as Walmart. I wasn't driving so the convenience of those things was good. But on that part of Rt 73 there's no public transportation. But it was okay
Disliked: There were few problems that I wasn't good with and one of them was they had roaches not badly but they had them and the mattress was bad as far as not being clean. And they need to do more of maintenance like mopping the floors and making sure you have clean linen and garbage bags. When I got there the floor needed mopping.

Exceptional

Passable

Liked: The bed was comfortable even though others have slept in it previously.
Disliked: The Curtain needed to be fixed, there was no privacy. I had to hung the curtain myself

Hotel Hell.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Uninhabitable. Black mold on shower curtain. Broken outlets, door nobs, no inside locks, curtains ripped and not fit to window, clogged sink. Didn't stay full time and the management was horrible. People at 3 am by door crying is all that blood coming from your face. I cried at least 5 times with how awful it was.

Poor

Liked: Nothing. The smell was horrible, and I couldn't sleep. There is too much noise and outside light. TV didn't work, and neighbors were very loud..
Disliked: The smell was horrible. I asked for non-smoking and received smoking. I was suck all night. It was noisy and my TV didn't work. I was too tired to argue about a television. The neighbors were uncontrolled, and the bathroom was dirty. I will never go there again.

Disappointing

Liked: Spacious Room and Location
Disliked: Mostly, Staff and management. Cleanliness.. Blankets reused without wash. They didn't provided Wifi pass. I had some works to be submitted online. So, I had to go to their office again at midnight. I asked them about late Check-in around 8pm and late check out around 1 pm. They accepted both without asking any fees. Late check in was good. But, they started knoking door from around 12 pm for cheeck out..Moreover, I was running late one of my online meeting for what I asked for late check out. I requested for 1 more hour to complete my meeting and check out around 2:00. They replied that they only approved 20-30 min for check out. Athough then they kept my 30$ security money! I Don't know why they agreed while I asked before booking. Later, they just denied the request and kept my security money!
