Liked: The girl was nice and polite when checking in the room.
Disliked: Room had a strong smoke odor even with a non smoking sign on the door. I didn’t have time to check out the room when I first checked in because I was late for an event ( I regret this. A stupid mistake on my part) After I came back this is what I found :Four different types of HAIR ( none that didn’t belong to me) on the sheet when I pulled the comforter sheet down. CRUSTED food on the sheets. UNWASHED sheets. STAINS on comforter sheet. DIRTY bathroom counters. STAINS on the shower liner. Asked for a change of lien or a different room which none were granted. The guy said the hotel was sold out and he had no extra lien and I had to come back at 8 am for new ones. So I was supposed to sleep on the DIRTY sheets? After realizing this room was FHILTHY and with no help from the motel I changed hotels. Went back the next day to try and get a refund to no avail. Don’t waste your money here. I read the reviews and thought “it can’t be that bad” but it is that BAD. Don’t let the cheap prices fool you. Spend the little extra money to get somewhere clean and comfortable.
