Poor

Liked: Location was great. Cottage was clean but....see below.
Disliked: Cottage was very old. Updates desperately needed. Dishes were partially clean but dripping wet. Ice cube tray had a hair and bug in it. Hot water was very very limited (cold by the time I had to rinse). Not recommended for spring or early summer, no heat in the bedrooms. Froze the first night. Family members rented a gorgeous 3 bedroom HOUSE with heat, a fireplace, full kitchen, all linens and towels for less than we paid to rent this place. If we paid 80. - 100. a night, i would have expected these minimalistic accommodations. Definitely not worth 300.+ a night for off-season dingy cottage!! I feel like we were robbed.

Disappointing

Liked: Closeness to beach and shops/restaurants.
Disliked: No stove in the cottage. Internet was out for a day. Rental of a BBQ is ridiculous when the stove is not included in a what is supposed to be a self reliant cottage.

Very good location, clean place,...

Liked: Location, good parking spot, provided, if you come early and still want to leave your car after check out
Disliked: Not enough hot water, the tank is too small Check out is too early. Supposed to be at least at 11:00am

Overall very nice. Close to...

Liked: Great location only 5 minutes to the beach.
Disliked: TV was a bit small and very high on the wall. Hard to read the guide.
