Liked: Great location, loved the pastel de nata and port that was offered in reception. Lovely room.
Disliked: Very hard bed which was uncomfortable. It was very noisy at night with music from outside until nearly midnight.

Liked: The staff was awesome. The hotel was awesome and location was awesome. Super happy with the place 🙂

Quick stay before departing Portugal

Liked: I liked the location! It was in a great part of town that was easy to get around from. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Some things weren’t very clean. The robes in the bathroom had hair and dirt on them. There were spots on the sheets and fruit flies in the room.

Loved it - we are...

Liked: The location is excellent and the staff did everything possible to make sure our stay was comfortable.We found the room very warm despite being winter but the manager had an air conditioning unit delivered to our room!
