Very good

Liked: The host is super kind. The place is a brewery and there is a brasserie just aside the hotel. The village is super beautiful. The breakfast was also good.
Disliked: It’s not really a hotel. It doesn’t have the structure of one. It’s not a 4 stars hotel as indicated. It’s more like a guesthouse. This is not a problem as long as it’s clearly stated like this at booking.com - which was not the case once when making the booking I filtered only hotels and this one showed up. We arrived at 15h30 and were told that our room was not going to be ready on time (16h00) due issues with the housekeeper.

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful room, friendly owners, nice small village beautifully clean. Wonderful Steak restaurant where one can sit inside or out. We will return for sure.
Disliked: Everything was nice, only a tiny detail but English Breakfast Tea bags would be nice with milk (not cream).

Lovely village gem with great...

Liked: Fantastic location and lovely set-up: our very spacious room was in a converted village house, with great restaurant and brewery opposite. Breakfast in the old brewery house was like stepping back in time - in a nice way. We used it as a stopover on way from NL to UK and would happily come back again.
Disliked: If you’re in a ground floor room, there does not appear to be a lot of insulation in the ceiling so you do hear your upstairs neighbours walking around a bit too clearly. If we come back I would request an upstairs room.

Liked: Amazing hotel run by a delightful owner, it has a restaurant with amazing food , charming staff. He has his own brewery on site and has the nicest beers i have ever tasted. If i didn't have to go home i would have loved to stay longer. Thanks for a lovely experience.
Disliked: nothing
