Excellent food and accommodation in...

Liked: The breakfast was freshly cooked and excellent .Home made bread and preserves. My husband especially enjoyed the full English. With the full English you are given a choice so there is no waste. He also had kippers which were very good too.The accommodation was clean and airy with a very good shower. Lovely fluffy towels and beautiful toiletries. We had homemade cream tea on arrival , lovely choice of teas and coffees along with other beverages.Hilary and Robert are amazing hosts who welcome you into their home and working farm.If you have the chance to have an evening meal with them jump at it , Hilary's culinary art is second to none and Robert is a brilliant courteous host . The views are stunning and it is very secluded and quiet setting.
Disliked: Nothing we didn't like , just be aware you are in the middle of the country side with the occasional single track round so your reversing skills will be tested at times, but the locals are so friendly there are never cross words.

Perfect working farm B&B in...

Liked: From the moment of our initial arrival, we were made to feel very welcome and at home by Hilary our host in this lovely farmhouse on a working sheep farm. The views from our bedroom were stunning across the Tamar Valley, and we awoke to see sheep and their lambs across the haha in the fields beyond. During our breakfast, Hilary suggested we looked at the bird feeder outside the breakfast room window, where a Greater Spotted Woodpecker was feeding. Our breakfast was great and more than satisfied us both for the busy morning ahead. We also loved the home made scones provided and came away with some jars of the excellent breakfast marmalade.Beyond the farm itself, we really enjoyed walking to The Royal Inn local pub at Horsebridge, who provided on both nights excellent portions at good valley across the menu. It was lovely to walk back in the light of the setting sun.
Disliked: Everything was great - we were sad to leave after our two night stay and look forward to returning again soon.

Cozy room, comfy bed, great...

Liked: We had a great time at Beera. The room was very nice—clean, cozy, and well looked after. The bed isn’t huge, but it’s incredibly comfortable, and I slept really well. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a nice bonus after long days out.Breakfast was very nice. Hilary was a fantastic cook, and everything was fresh and delicious. She also gave me some great suggestions for hikes around the national park, which made exploring the area even better.Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again!

A wonderful, comfortable farmhouse with...

Liked: Beautiful farmhouse in a tranquil and very pretty location in the heart of the countryside.Hilary was an excellent host, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The cream tea on arrival was a delicious and lovely touch and the choice of breakfast was superb and cooked to perfection. The room was large, very tastefully decorated, very clean, had a huge comfortable bed and had lots of little extras like local fudge and biscuits and luxury toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
