Excellent b&b in the best...

Liked: Great hosts, clean and comfortable room, free parking and excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Some of the common areas perhaps need a little attention, eg the carpet in the breakfast room, paintwork in the landing etc, but these are minor issues and do not detract from the overall excellent experience.

Liked: The breakfast was superb. Lots of choice with good quality ingredients. We had a lovely, large and bright room with a refrigerator which contained tea and coffee facilities and fresh milk. Fabulous hosts, nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: There is nothing that could be improved upon.

Liked: Lovely guest house, lovely hosts, especially Vicky and such cute dogs. Made to feel very welcome and breakfast was very nice and cooked to a high standard with plenty of choice.
Disliked: Nothing, everything was spot on.

Great 4-night break, thank you!

Liked: Friendly hosts. Fantastic breakfasts and choices available. Good value. Nice sitting area in comfortable room (9) with reasonable partial ocean view North-East towards Torquay. Useful fridge in room. Conveniently located in quiet area, but not far (5 minute walk) from central Paignton and harbour areas.
Disliked: Nothing really.
