Lovely property. Would highly recommend.

Liked: Lovely rooms, decor, comfortable beds, fantastic pillows, beautiful lobby.
Disliked: The restaurant prices were outrageous! The staff was obviously not trained properly as they were not familiar with many menu items

Beautiful hotel and very clean.

Liked: It was beautiful and well set up. I loved the details in the room. It was close to DCU Center and we were in town for a show.
Disliked: I had to wait a long time to check in because the person wasn't at the desk. Then, when I tried to eat breakfast at Sonoma, there was no one to help us because she was running around helping the other tables. We didn't stay for breakfast. It just felt as though they were short staffed all around.

Liked: I loved everything ❤️ the place was super clean and very comfortable.
Disliked: I just didn't like how one of the neighbors kept knocking on our wall just because they didn't like that we were portugese and had portugese music on, after banging on the wall a few times a young girl that was probably 14 came knocking on our door telling me to lower our music I told her I was not going to lower it because it was 11am and it was already low and she said yea but we can hear it and I told her if they had a problem to call down stairs and complain since the music was low and it was not early it was 11am ,she just stared at me and I closed the door. never again they complained but other then that everything was amazing loved the room, small but very comfortable and cleaned.

Liked: Room was good size. Rounded outside wall gave unique feel to room. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No coffee in the lobby in the morning. On-site restaurant very expensive.
