Liked: Very friendly and helpful hosts. Location is great, close to Leeds and countryside. We had a superior family room which had two small doubles with plenty of storage space and very clean.
Disliked: A bit dated, that's it!

A great location and a...

Liked: The host was lovely and very welcoming. Our rooms were ready ahead of the check-in time and we were given our keys to put our belongings in the room earlyThe gardens were very nice and relaxing. The location was very good, great local bars, restaurants and shops. A beautiful parkland area to walk through.
Disliked: Some of the decor was tired, but it was an old property and that didn't affect our comfort. It may bother some future guests. The communal lounge was really nicely decorated and a lovely place to sit.
