Disliked: The only small negative was that the shower head would not stay up at the height we needed.

Liked: Very clean rooms and a convenient location in Dunedin with friendly and welcoming hosts. We can appreciate the great reviews based on our experiences at Beechwood Boutique. Loved the heating conveniences in the bathroom, the electric blankets and the access to laundry facilities. Guests can opt in for daily room servicing if needed.Just be forewarned that if your driving skills lack finesse, the car park might prove to be a test if all the bays are full.
