Cheap and clean room, staff...

Liked: Handy location and rooms were clean and bed was comfortable
Disliked: My partner ordered a meal with no seasoning and it took 45 mins to come and when it did it was covered in seasoning and the waiter quite rudely said we should’ve said to waitress about seasoning when we ordered, we did!! So my partner had to sit with no food while me and the other 2 at the table had their meal. Quite shabby from the staff. Will put us off coming back

Lovely hotel, great location, free...

Liked: Staff were lovely and pleasant. Lovely spacious room delighted with the upgrade we received on arrival to check in. The lady at reception was kind to do this for us.
Disliked: Radiator in room was off room cold but we turned it on.
