Liked: the service from craig, we were late evening arrivals and warm welcome receieved, breakfast choice was amazing and the breakfast itself was perfection, beds were so comfy, did not want to leave my bed in the morning. nothing was a hassle.

Disliked: We had a leak in the toilet and had to use our towels to soak up the water and they weren’t replaced even though we did tell the owner

Disliked: brekfast no centrel heating firss two days. Brekfast overcooked every day

Liked: Near to Winter Gardens. Friendly host, and staff. Nice breakfast, although bacon was tough on second day.
Disliked: Carpet not clean in room. Toilet leaking. Both taps dripped continually. Mildew in shower. Said free toiletries but only empty dispensers in shower. Broken drawers in room. No hairdryer in room.

Lovely stay in comfortable surroundings.

Liked: Excellent location. We stayed in a good sized room at the rear of the property. Very quiet overnight despite the central location. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. We’ve stayed in a few B&B type properties in Blackpool and this is our favourite.
Disliked: Nothing really.
