Great stay, fabulous views, good...

Liked: The staff at Beech Hill are amazing. Extremely friendly, couldn't be more helpful. The views are fabulous, the food good. Will definitely return.
Disliked: Nothing could be improved

Disappointed!!

Liked: The location, room and view were lovely.The staff were polite and very apologetic for numerous issues.
Disliked: Couldn't use the advertised facilities, as the pool and restaurant were closed. Only bar food available and they got that wrong. Sent order back twice and then went to bed without food, as no longer trusted the kitchen staff. The spa treatments were fully booked, and the pool was closed.Admittedly they did arrange access at their sister hotel's spa and managed to book a treatment there.

Liked: Location and facilities, the staff where great especially Finlay who went above and beyond for us to make sure out stay was great

Nice but lacks the wow...

Liked: The views and the jacuzzi
Disliked: The walls are thin. Could hear next door and the room above and everyone that walked along the corridor. The wait for breakfast was around 45 minutes after we had ordered our food which is too long.

Liked: The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We arrived around 12.30pm but were able to check in and start our holiday., Easy parking, staff very friendly and helpful (ordering us a taxi off their mobile so we could get in to town!), the hotel is beautiful and the views were incredible. We will definitely be back!
