Disliked: Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional ExperienceI had a deeply unpleasant experience at this hostel after missing a connecting flight and needing a place to stay overnight. I made a booking around 1 AM, but upon arrival, the staff member on duty, Natasha, was extremely rude and confrontational from the outset. She did not recognize my reservation and aggressively demanded to know where my bracelet was, without first verifying who I was or offering assistance.It turned out that the booking had defaulted to the following day—likely due to a system issue given the late hour. I calmly explained the situation and asked if there was any way to adjust the reservation or speak to a manager, especially since the hostel appeared to have availability. I was met with hostility and was told no help would be provided unless I made a new booking.Despite being visibly exhausted and only needing a few hours of rest before my 10 AM flight, I was denied any consideration. When I mentioned that I would leave a review describing the treatment I received, the staff member escalated the situation by yelling, refusing to accommodate me even with a second paid booking, and eventually calling the police.At that point, I began recording the interaction due to the increasingly aggressive behavior. She even left the front desk and appeared to be ready to physically confront me, prompting me to leave immediately. Fortunately, the police who arrived were reasonable and reviewed my video, understanding the context.I was charged for a night I was not allowed to stay and treated in a completely unacceptable manner. Travelers—especially those arriving late or in stressful circumstances—should be aware that this hostel lacks professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against staying here.

Liked: It was ideal for one night for a large family. We rented the whole room which gave us 8 beds. We were only in town to go on a cruise the next day. The location was awesome. Parking was HORRIBLE. After we going parking, we didn't move anymore. Great location so we were able to walk everywhere. Would stay again.
Disliked: Parking. No pool.

Liked: This is primarily a hostel but I do believe they have a regular hotel room(s) available as well. The staff were ALL great! They have regular activities throughout the week for their guests. As far as location, wow... perfect! When you walk out of the hotel and turn right, you are within 5 minutes or less walking from the beach as well as restaurants and places to shop. I happened to be there for Karaoke night. What a blast!If I'm ever in Miami again I would most definitely consider this s "budget friendly" option to visit again.
