A big Thank You to all the staff at The Bedford Lodge for making our stay a most enjoyable one from arrival to departure. Have stayed here a number of times and will definitely stay here again when returning to Newmarket. Also a thank you to the owners for setting such high standards that the staff achieved without exception.

Liked: Lovely atmosphere. All staff were welcoming and all gave impeccable service. Room was clean as were all other amenity areas of the hotel. Food was delicious. Would reccommend this hotel to anyone visiting Newmarket or surrounding areas.
Disliked: Had to leave.

People in hotel were amazing, professional and extremely helpful from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The service in the restaurant was extremely good, nothing too much trouble. The staff were very friendly, kind and the food was lovely. The reception staff were lovely, made sure everything was OK with the rooms and anything else we needed. I would 100 per cent recommend the hotel to all my friends and family.

Disliked: We paid a lot more than a friend and they had a massive suite. We had a tiny very dark room. A few of the staff were very rude and we felt like they looked down at us due to coming from Essex as we had a comment about our home town as we left. Breakfast was cold both mornings and the latte which you have to pay for isn’t nice at all. We go to the 1000 Guineas every year but this year it’s my husbands 50th birthday and thought we would have a lovely experience with our friends at the Bedford Lodge but I can honestly say we will not be returning.
