Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa

A big Thank You to all the staff at The Bedford Lodge for making our stay a most enjoyable one from arrival to departure. Have stayed here a number of times and will definitely stay here again when returning to Newmarket. Also a thank you to the owners for setting such high standards that the staff achieved without exception.

Liked: Lovely atmosphere. All staff were welcoming and all gave impeccable service. Room was clean as were all other amenity areas of the hotel. Food was delicious. Would reccommend this hotel to anyone visiting Newmarket or surrounding areas.
Disliked: Had to leave.

People in hotel were amazing, professional and extremely helpful from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The service in the restaurant was extremely good, nothing too much trouble. The staff were very friendly, kind and the food was lovely. The reception staff were lovely, made sure everything was OK with the rooms and anything else we needed. I would 100 per cent recommend the hotel to all my friends and family.

A lovely hotel in terms...

Liked: Great location, breakfast was great. Loved the Molton Brown products.
Disliked: Thought the rooms were tired in appearance, the shower over the bath was old fashioned and not great to use and the shower was nof powerful enough. Also thought having carpet in the rooms was not the most hygienic.
