Worst ever hotel
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The stay was marred by several issues, and the manager's handling of these problems was appalling.The room did not match the online pictures.There were cigarette burns on the furniture and water damage on the ceiling.When the customer tried to discuss this with the manager, the response was that it was a Monday, and the manager was "in meetings all day," a rather unhelpful response to a guest's concerns.The advertised "sea view" was inaccurate, which, according to staff, is a common issue with bookings made through third-party sites like booking.com. This is a management issue, and it's deceptive to guests. The blinds in the room were broken, and the walls were so thin that noise from other rooms was unbearable. The shower was rusty with a weak water flow. The lift was out of order, forcing guests to struggle with their luggage up and down multiple floors.The overall cleanliness was also a major concern. The kettle was moldy, and there were stains on the walls and carpet. The bathroom was unkempt, with mould and an unclean toilet. The customer was forced to cancel their stay upon arrival and seek alternative accommodation, according to Booking.com.This hotel, under the current management, is a health and safety hazard.Their lack of accountability and disregard for guest experience is shocking.Staying at the Bluewaters Hotel is strongly discouraged until significant improvements are made, beginning with a more engaged and responsive management team.When we arrived we were given a small room which they called double,with a tiny shower which l couldn't fit in,if you are medium to big built you wouldn't fit.we had a 5year old told them you gave us a wrong room coz what we booked was one with an extra bed and seaside view.Well the manager told us she cannot do anything call booking.com and we did,she was sent an email to sort it but did not,called again booking.

Very good
Liked: The staff was brilliant very attentive and helpful l very polite. Accidentally booked the wrong room and they sorted it straight away. The room was cleaned before we entered. Breakfast was a cheap add on and nice quality.
Disliked: The games room was dated and could do with a revamp but they were currently refurbishing. Also a lift for the top floors

Rip off hotel.
Liked: Complete rip off, even make you pay to access the pool.
Disliked: Not answering the phone at all, multiple calls no answer.

Won't be going back
Liked: The food was very good.Staff were friendly
Disliked: The room was grim, nothing like the photos cigarette burns on all the furniture. It was in dire need of updating.We were expecting a sea view, but were told booking.com always say you have a sea view when you dont!'The car park is a lot smaller than expected so be prepared to find street parking. The lift was out of order and had been for a while.The shower head had a rusty screw in the centre and the shower came away from the wall.The room had blinds, but no curtains 2 of the blinds didn't turn open. Window had no handle.The walls were thin so you could hear everything going on in the next room.

Comfortable stay but disappointing facilities
Liked: . The room was clean
Disliked: No wardrobe to store clothes no remote control for television, the beds were still on wheels and the shower head didn't work properly

Family suite
Liked: Love the size of the family suite!!! Absolutely perfect for what we needed, giving the kids their own space and room. Fridge with small freezer was a bonus when staying multiple nights. Staff are friendly and the location is quieter then near the tower as we wanted. Good onsite parking for £6 per day.
Disliked: The room was a little outdated and all the curtains were either hung on by a single thread or had fallen completely down. The TVs would be great if they came with Netflix. Can mirror screen your phone but the Internet isn't very stable and keeps disconnecting. The locks on the door were very stiff and hard to open. Also, there was leftover Chinese in the fridge from the previous guest that smelled the whole fridge out
