Liked: Rooms were good for the price. I did not use the facility of the swimming pool, so I can't comment on that. Any staff interaction was good and the bed itself was comfortable.
Disliked: There were some used male underwear in my room on arrival, so I was a bit taken a back by that, perhaps could've done with a more thorough cleaner! The shower temperature was WAY too hot, absolutely scalding to the point where I couldn't use it even when turning the water temperature down, it stayed the same.

Ok for the price but...

Liked: Liked the beds & location , games room was nice for kids , WiFi was good. Staff were friendly enough but nowhere to be seen half the time .
Disliked: The rooms being outdated & very shabby … couldn’t turn on or off radiators, very thin walls , too much noise at all hours , kids running around unsupervised making a racket !! Wouldn’t have picked this hotel if I’d known what it was going to be like , photos on website very misleading!! Staff at reception didn’t tell us anything about anything when we checked in ie we missed breakfast on an occasion as we didn’t know we had to book prior or the time it was served so missed it . Had to ask where things were. Had to empty our own bin in room & had to use same towels for our 4 night stay.

Disliked: Door knobs on bedroom door was loose.The swimming pool was not available on our only day staying at the hotel.Games room was a complete rip off and had to claim £3 back from the reception fir a faulty games machine.Windows need cleaning inside and outStairways need a good hoovering
