Liked: Everything was great! About 15/20 min walk to the down. Room wasn’t huge, but did the job. We were out all day. Very quiet and felt safe.
Disliked: The bathroom fan came on with the light and it was annoyingly loud.

Exceptional

Liked: The apartment was equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean, perfectly located, and felt very cozy — we truly enjoyed our time here.

Disliked: Didn’t love how the bathroom was outside of our room and in the common area. It was only for us to use but having to lock all the doors multiple times especially when going pee at night was a little inconvenient

Liked: It was an adequate room. Clean with a good shower. Close walking distance to the train station & Florence tourist attractions. Would be fine for a 1 or 2 night stay.
Disliked: We stayed for 5 nights & not suitable for that length of stay. The tram noise right outside the window (even with double glazing) which started at 5am was very intrusive !!

Liked: Free coffee and easy check in.
Disliked: The bathroom was outside of the room so we had to go through the common area - this made it quite uncomfortable. Also our room (Pinocchio) was very small - but the other rooms seemed bigger. We tried to communicate to through booking com prior to our stay and didn’t get any answer from the host.

Liked: The location was very good. The room was clean and pretty big. I also liked the fact that the cleaning lady brought new water bottles every day. So that was a nice thing.
Disliked: I wish I could have lifted the exterior window blinds a little bit to let more sun in the room. It wasn't a big problem but just something to take into consideration in the future.
