Liked: Location was perfect to visit friends.
Disliked: Inside and out is very dated and needs considerable maintenance - cobwebs in many places outside.On site parking very difficult, at times exiting was made difficult by congestion.We requested a downstairs room, which was acknowledged at booking, due to my wife's health, but this was ignored by them, which made access extremely difficult.We stayed here over 20 years ago, and decor is exactly the same, just older and deteriorating.

Not bad, the weather did...

Liked: We left early and had brekky elsewhere. The spa bath was very accomodating.
Disliked: The room was a bit cold and the heater situated in the wrong spot.

Liked: Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, can't speak of it highly enough. Great comfy rooms and bedding with a delicious 5-star breakfast that absolute hit the spot before the long drive home..Highly recommended. Can't recommend highly enough.
Disliked: One if the doors in our joining rooms was a little bit stuck so it took a bit of effort to get in. Rooms could've been a tiny bit cleaner but nothing too much of a big deal
