Very Disappointed and note I...

Disliked: Upon arrival, we were told that when we made our online reservations, that we did not select King size bed which was a LIE.We booked online King-sized bed yet on arrival were told that they needed to collect an additional 40 per night, that the room is not ready that they will move us to another room which was on the 8th Floor, at the very end of the corridor!What's up with in-house Restaurant's - limited and closing up on Wednesday nights (to let employees have an off day). What's up with limited viewing of TV stations - yet everything was to pay-to-view!

Disliked: One of the eating facilities was advertising as open and come to find out they were closed
