Unfortunately, not as good as...

Liked: The refrigerator was cold and it had a balcony. It was good distance between the beach and downtown Wilmington.
Disliked: There was a problem checking us in. Check-in was at 3 but we were not able to go into the room until 3:45. There was pink mold on the shower curtain. The pool is a little walk away and they don’t give you a key to the pool so you have to find someone to help you.

It is a perfect place...

Liked: It felt safe and it was easy to use, and the staff was exceptionally nice
Disliked: It could stand to have som upgrading in the furnishings
