A disappointing and uncomfortable stay

Liked: The hotel is well located, the room was very clean with comfortable bedding
Disliked: The welcome was appalling and cold. The room was poorly arranged, with a bathroom so small we couldn’t place our toiletry bags. There is no rack to hang the towels and no storage for our clothes. The air conditioning was noisy and the airflow was directed straight at our face by night. We left a day early ( but of course paid for all 3 nights) . The host didn’t even ask if we had enjoyed our stay .

Liked: Loved the location and walkability to downtown.The cabin was well appointed, the shower was great and everything was fine.

Disliked: Too small did not have the basic amenities

Nice, good location, just ok...

Liked: Location, separate cottages, staff great, comfortable, large, parking.
Disliked: Good but expected more for the price. Amenities not up to nice hotel standards for the price, more like “motel 6” type. Didn’t empty or clean coffee pot. Cracked teapot.

Liked: Fantastic rooms - great location for which to explore downtown Jasper - my favourite place to have stayed on our 17 day Canadian adventure
Disliked: Nothing I couldn’t tire of this place
