Liked: The breakfast portions were huge.Upgrade to room was a total surprise and greatly appreciated!Some staff were very friendly.The pool area was clean.
Disliked: I wish there was more to do during non ski season.Restaurant was very disappointing. It was large but the food was mediocre at best and the menu was limited and questionable. The same fish was offered as an entree and as an appetizer. (That is questionable..ie. leftovers???) The French Onion soup--broth was tasteless and over breaded. Guacamole had no flavor. We were so dismayed as others had highly recommended this restaurant to us. Also, manicure technician was friendly and nails were done well but in other locations, it always includes a hand massage for that price.

Liked: The outdoor heated pool, the hot tubs, the cafe, laid back setting, beautiful furniture pieces and fireplaces in the lobbies and common areas, the staff was very kind and friendly, quick response time through their text number, the other guests were also very friendly.
Disliked: Furnishings (especially the backboards of the beds) were dusty. They provided one blanket TOTAL, even after requesting extra prior to arrival. The tub bathroom didn’t drain. Had to request facilities at 10:20 pm after my daughters got out of the pool to shower. The water was up past their ankles. The pullout couch was old and didn’t offer very much support. It definitely has seen better days. It felt like the pancake thin mattress could just fall through at any moment, and that was only with kids using it. Definitely won’t work for adults.
