Nice hotel room with terrible...

Liked: The staff are very friendly. The rooms are nicely kept and clean. The hotel is quiet and in a beautiful location.
Disliked: The cable/internet and tv are terrible. Often the tv is very poor quality and many of the channels do not work. Also often the internet does not work. When it is poor weather, it is important to have both internet and tv to pass the time. The internet/tv cable options need a major upgrade.

Will be back again but...

Liked: The staff are very friendly, the location is wonderful and overall the stay here is top notch. The beds are comfortable and they have a nice small gym available. The restaurant has a good selection for meals.
Disliked: The internet is terrible and the tv options were not working. (March 2024) I could not connect my devices to a reliable internet source as the wifi often wasn't working. I cannot do a lot of my work without internet access. The hotel is paying for wifi service and should demand better than what is being received. I am asking Bear Claw to do better and get better wifi and tv services.Of the usual 35 live tv channels, maybe 7 were working. I wanted to watch TSN. Your channel line up says you have 3 TSN channels but none of them worked.

Unexpected price increase ruined the...

Liked: This would be a decent hotel for most, especially if you want to go to the casino. The rooms are nice.
Disliked: The price of our room increased nearly 50% due to paying two pet fees worth a total of $50. This didn't factor into our original price despite indicating to booking.com that we had two pets.
