Disliked: He wouldn’t allow me to get key to hotel until my other guest arrived so I had to stand outside, the room had roaches and it was uncomfortably hot to the point that we checked out an hour after arriving, and then the guy Todd me that booking online charged me less money so if I would give him another $20 in cash cause the room was supposed to be more money, I literally took a shower and left

Disliked: The owner’s behavior is difficult to comprehend. The security window lacks hearing aids, which infuriates the owner, leading him to call 911 and fabricate a false report to the police. Furthermore, the owner charges additional fees for exceeding the two-guest limit, a provision not explicitly mentioned on the reservation website.The owner retains my driver’s license, preventing me from leaving the premises to procure food. Despite the wife’s reasonable willingness to work with us, the owner wasn’t too reasonable, he exhibits a volatile temperament. He called off the police’s call and refused to provide a refund after charging my stay. The owner’s intention was to abandon my two children and me in the middle of the night. While I was willing to depart, the owner’s refusal to refund my money remains unacceptable. Consequently, I will refrain from returning to this hotel and strongly advise others to avoid it. The owner’s propensity to fabricate false reports and call the police warrants a boycott of this establishment. Booking.com should take immediate action to remove this hotel from its platform.
