Lovely hotel, could have been...

Liked: Beautiful hotel and great size of room. The top floor bar was really nice with great views and the doorman and valet were prompt and friendly.
Disliked: Check-in staff were a little dismissive and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner. We found a few hairs in the bathtub. The room should really come with mugs rather than paper cups for the coffee machine.

Liked: The hotel lobby is beautiful! The room was clean and convenient to shopping and public transportation.
Disliked: The room was smaller than expected but still was beautiful.

Best weekend ever!!!

Liked: Beautiful! Most amazing decor and feel! Very romantic for a long weekend getaway!
Disliked: Service at the bar on the 21sr floor was horrible.

Would definitely stay here again....

Liked: The property was clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Loved all the history behind the hotel and the renovations that had been done. Centrally located with many restaurants within walking distance.
