Liked: Just a good comfy place to stay..good service and helpful staff

Disliked: Communication was not ok. I phoned to tell them about a problem with my card, and left a message and was never phoned back Two days later I phoned again and was told to ring back the next day at a certain time when she was doing the banking. I thought she was rude. I wouldn't go there again.

Disliked: The curtain did not fit the windows properly, letting in outside light down the ends. The bathroom door was very hard to open and close.
