You really dont want my...

Liked: Booked room tried chkn in after 12 with confirmation I was not given a room because shift changed to Rnb I was charged & booking wont refund my money. Bad business & will soon be reported. I dont need credit, I rather booking replace my money...
Disliked: Cant be reached only by email. Nobody answer phone. Recieved email following day when it's far too late...

Need after your room service

Disliked: Arrived late and when we got in the room both bed sheets were so gross that we did not want to sleep on them. Due to being 3am an bo staff available we had to suck it up and sleep on the gross bed. Also one of the bed frame felt like the springs were broke and when you sat down it felt like it was going to break.
