We love our stay so...

Liked: The location is great
Disliked: The room can be improved in terms of cleanliness and facilities such as coffee machine & iron

Nice little staycation

Liked: The location was excellent. Rooms were decent. I liked swimming in the pool.
Disliked: There was no continental breakfast. Pool was a bit cold and kinda dirty. It was more of a motel than a hotel.

Liked: The location. Very convenient to the Recreation area.The ocean front view and river behind the property.The ocean front rooms.The coffee in the lobby.No carpets in the rooms. Clean bedding and soft pillows.Air conditioning that’s quiet.Close to great restaurants.
Disliked: No continental breakfast included in the astronomical price.The bed was too firm.The WiFi reception is intermittent and unreliable.The staff is new with more training needed.The front desk doesn’t answer the phone. You have to text them and hope that you get a response.

Liked: Location is perfect. It could be a gold mine.
Disliked: Cheap cheap and cheap ownership! Less than builder grade room design. Poorly installed cheap fixtures that are not even level, square or even. You can tell they go out of their way to keep it running as cheaply as possible. The mattress felt like 1 million people had jumped on it before us.

Liked: No need to leave ,beach on one side ,bay on the other!Resort style pool in the middle !
Disliked: Nothing

Pleasant

Liked: I won't say the hotel is bad but it truly had a dive bar feel. The property seems to be over sold on their website. The TV was very small and the room was a little unclean with sand on floors and the bathroom seemed like it was given only a once over cleaning. The staff was friendly and minor issues with towels were addressed quickly.Parking when returning in the afternoon was a problem as the Bar seems to attract a lot of business yet that makes parking difficult as visitors to the Bar filled the lot.
