My friend and I loved...

Liked: Right on the water with private beach directly across the street. Pool was great. Restaurant t was really good too.. service was amazing .The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Very good vibe here .. made us feel very welcome and we can’t wait to return. Beautiful view of the river with the boats .Only a few minutes away from all the restaurants . Did I mention how amazing the staff was .. because they really are.. Sophia , Kenny, Elaina and the beautiful woman who runs the restaurant.. believe her name started with a M.

Very disappointing and uncomfortable

Liked: The staff were nice.
Disliked: The sheets were scratchy and dingey, the pillows were tiny and uncomfortable, there was blood on the bahtroom door by the handle, the first room wasn't even the room we paid for, there were no amenities. The hotel asked if there was anything they could do for us before we arrived, I gave a very easy small request, the hotel immediately approved it and said they could do that. It was not done. This was our anniversary get away. It was so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving in the middle of the night so we could drive an hour home to try and salvage some sleep. The pool was green, not clear and clean like the pictures online.

Miscommunication between hotel and booking.com

Liked: Location
Disliked: Elevator kept breaking down . We booked a king room with balcony oceanfront. It was also supposed to have handicapped bathroom. When we arrived they told us no handicap rooms and no king room. They put us in twin queen room with no balcony. When we complained they moved us to a king room with balcony.

DO NOT STAY HERE -...

Liked: Location on beach is great. That was it
Disliked: Elevators for 4 story building did not work. Stairs were long and slippery. No help from management. TV turned on by itself at 1:30 am and then again at 7 am. Hotel management would not help solve the problem. No showers to clean off after going to beach. This hotel is just a scam.

Liked: I liked the view, the cleanliness is incredible, and it is a spacious room where you can sand up to 4 or more super comfortable
Disliked: I didn’t like that they don’t have any utensil in the room, at least two plates, two cups, and a couple of cutlery would be great
