Disliked: The staff didn’t clean the room daily. They said we had to request the staff to clean . That’s absurd!! Also, someone left their garbage in the room when we checked in. So dirty!!

If I could rate it...

Disliked: We had no ac in our room specifically room 21 with the bay view/balcony. When we approached the front desk about it they didn’t seem shocked like they knew it has had issues. They offered us a fan then never brought it. The toilet seat was broken off. The floor was peeling up and they had a coffee table on top of it to hide which didn’t hide it at all. The door to the balcony didn’t shut unless you locked it. The furniture out on the balcony was a hazard and almost falling apart. The room was very run down and the ac was disgusting and blowing hot air. The decks looked painted over and not in good condition. Our room was probably 100 degrees inside and we were told someone would bring us a fan which they didn’t but even with a fan it was horrid because of the humidity and not even worth staying to find out especially because I’m asthmatic. The staff had no sense of urgency or empathy for us being in a very hot room which we paid good money for because of the balcony/view. Very disappointed overall and ended up going home within a couple hours of arriving. Waisted gas and money to have a nightmare vacation that got cut short because of the unprofessional management who also left after we asked for a refund. We didn’t receive the refund right away and had to call booking.com to have them send a request and the management had to accept the request for the refund so I stood at the front desk for almost 45 minutes while the front desk person texted their boss and finally sent it through. Overall thankful we got a refund but definitely wasn’t worth the stress/hoops we had to jump through to get it.
