Liked: The receptionist was amazing. Dealt with some minor issues we had getting the TV going etc and was very informative. Was a great stay and would happily stay there again next time we are in "whiti".My daughter especially loved the pool.

Liked: We turned up 2 hours prior to check in and i was very unwell with food positioning and desperately needed a shower and bed.. they were very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Much appreciated and a wonderful space to recuperate ❣️

Disliked: A bit pricey compared to similar hotels nearby.

Disliked: Good location but room was not even checked properly. Shampoo and body wash are empty before we checked in. One of the lights was flashing in living room. The staff heard these only said “ sweet”….
