Disliked: I booked a room through Booking.com, received a confirmation, and paid in full. When I arrived at the motel, they told me they had no reservations. I explained that I booked online via booking, and instead of trying to help, they just repeated that they don’t have any reservations.I asked, “What can we do now?” since it was late and I was already there. Their response? A rude “You can drive to another motel.” No solution, no concern, no professionalism.To make it worse, I still haven’t received any response from them or refund. Completely unacceptable. Stay far away from this place

It was a comfortable room...

Liked: Location was excellent, central to my needs. View of the parking lot was as expected. Room was in good shape considering how old the motel is. The refrigerator and shower worked great and there was plenty of hot water, towels and facecloths.
Disliked: I booked this room through "Booking.com" and was disappointed to see that, as far as the motel was concerned and it being the end of September, that pricing was still based on "peak season" summer rates. Considering there were no more than four vehicles in the parking lot at any time during my two night stay (not counting the police car that took away one male), the cost was a bit more than I think it should have been.
