Love Beachside not happy with...

Liked: Everything at Beachside was great. Getting a response some how from Booking.com is impossible and may never use them again
Disliked: Trying to get a. Answer from booking com

Disappointing

Disliked: The rooms need updating. The bed sheets and rooms weren’t clean, and the bathroom needed more attention.

We had a wonderful time...

Liked: The location is great, the breakfast is substantial and the pool area are great. The food at the bar was really good as were the specialty cocktails.
Disliked: The pool TV should show the sports channels during the day. The Saturday and Sunday staff were not a helpful or friendly as the staff on duty when we checked in on Friday. The DJ could play a bit longer 4:00 PMYou should be able to bring a cooler to the pool instead of having to go to the room to refill, especially when your beer selection is so limited.

Liked: The pool and breakfast
Disliked: Bed bugs and rude manager. He acted like the bed bugs were part of the Florida vacation package Then we had 2 large roaches running around in our room

Wish we could have stayed...

Liked: The staff were all wonderful and so friendly and accomodating. The room was nice, bathroom needed remodeling and we didn't know there wasn't a bath tub. We had a pool view which was perfect.
Disliked: We have no complaints. We will stay there next time we go back to Cocoa Beach.

Fantastic place to stay 10/10

Liked: The property was clean and well maintained, facilities are great. The bar area is really nice and the breakfast was 10/10 Rooms super comfy and the stay was a pleasure.
