Liked: location great, able to accommodate the group of 5, it met our needs of a place to sleep though and appeared clean.
Disliked: the room was a bit tired and needs a refurbish, there was a piece of vinal stuck on the bathroom wall to cover holes.

Disliked: The facilities were not as advertised. No electric blanket. No stove top,these were in their online brochure.

Liked: Ovation was very handy to shops didn’t have breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom door didn’t close as it’s rotted away at the bottom of the door surrounds. It was annoying when using shower and toilet.

Liked: Nice and tidy unit, exellent views .A very good size unit.
Disliked: Only problem was the heat pump not working.Reception was very helpful and changed us to another unit the next day.excellent communication.

Liked: Property was in great location. Lovely views across parade and ocean. Very cosy with heating but showing signs of age of property
Disliked: Was originally put into unit that heating didn’t go properly.It was cold and unit needed some TLC.
